Family Law

You are looking for a family lawyer because you feel you cannot fully manage the issue yourself. You didn’t look for the situation you are in. You probably don’t even know precisely what legal situation you are in fact in. You and the spouse reached a point where you are on the phone to talk to a lawyer. The issue may be urgent: you may have an impending court date, the issue may be that you are only exploring a future step. You will benefit from a free discussion with me.

Write your problem in the box below and send it, there can’t be any harm in that. Its free.

Ultimately, if you need a lawyer it will not be free. But if you are with me, you can be assured that whatever you end up paying, you will be satisfied that the thing you get (even if it is non-monetary such as custody or access) will be more valuable to you than the money you spend.

The most important thing about a lawyer is experience. We all know the law. We can all argue. Experience develops tools of resolution which make things faster and cheaper. This is not magic. Its because the experienced lawyers have been though all the other ways, and have learned little techniques which less experienced lawyers have yet to learn.

What I can usually tell you, in the first call, is how the situation is going to turn out. I can’t guarantee it, but family law is such that there are generally well established outcomes for well-established issues.

write me (below) or call me and we will talk.
