Personal Injury

Personal Injury Experience

I have carried on a regular personal injury litigation practice for approximately 30 years, involving serious medical malpractice, construction negligence, brain injury along with more everyday cases involving broken arms and police negligence. In substantially all of these cases, a successful result, meaning a significant settlement was achieved. I cannot promise success in every case, but it will not hurt you to have a free discussion on your case.

Most personal injury cases are handled on contingency. The client does not pay legal fees unless there is a monetary settlement and the client receives monies. This is really the only way for most injured plaintiffs to carry litigation.

You are invited to call for a free discussion regarding your case.

I have been mentioned on the Best in Ottawa: Personal Injury lawyers site: bestinottawa.com/personal-injury-lawyers-ottawa
